The Texas Oklahoma Kiwanis District has a Disaster Relief Program that provides backpacks filled with immediate need items such as shampoo, body wash, items for children, etc... to areas where there has been a disaster. The local Kiwanis Club distributes them. The Kiwanis Club of Garland is an active participate in this District Program.
