Serving Recovers communities:
Transitional Resource Accessibility & Community Engagement (TRACE Program)
The TRACE Program was created to assist small communities in the immediate relief phase following a disaster. Often smaller communities have limited resources and affected individuals may be further distanced from services due to rural geography. The TRACE Program provides a format by which small community leaders can match volunteers to families affected by disaster, in order to share information regarding accessible resources.
Our mission is to assist in the community response and relief efforts in areas affected by disaster, allowing affected families connect with available resources, obtain basic necessities, and begin to re-establish a sense of home.
TRACE Program doesn't have any locations open to the public right now.
TRACE Program hasn't posted any updates yet.
